We engaged with an emerging fund manager in the impact/sustainable space launching a maiden fund of $250mn desiring new distribution in the Middle East

The campaign had 4 phases & completed in 145 days

#1 Feasibility: As a debut fund, the GP wanted to reduce the delta of launching a capital raise campaign by sample testing their team, regulatory hygiene, service provider stack, strategy & marketing plans with a curated group of investors. This was completed in 7 days, feedback suggested that creation of a local fund & SMA would be essential to securing local allocations.

#2 Capital Raise Readiness Bootcamp: An awareness, personal brand ‘alpha’ splash of 50 posts on LinkedIn using video, photos & text PLUS the creation of a company wide operating system & standard operating processes leading to the creation of a comprehensive virtual data room PLUS the opening of a locally hosted fund & SMA capacity

#3 Socialisation by our team with over 100 targeted investors leading to participation in a bespoke roadshow of video calls and live meetings with 10 investors followed by attendance at 1 of our capital introduction retreats with 12 investors

#4 Prioritisation of & negotiation with funding partners: 7 investors participated, providing the first close of $100mn leading to a successful second close 90 days later
